In 2014, Dan Emr launched the nonprofit "Worthwhile" Wear in the U.S. It has grown to offer the most comprehensive services to survivors of human trafficking in Pennsylvania. What started with one employee — Emr — has grown to a staff of 80+ full- and part-time workers, plus hundreds of volunteers.
